How It Works
Your car, your design, your story — in four simple steps.
Every question, answered
And if your finished portrait doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll remake it free. That's our Happiness Guarantee.
Absolutely! Upload a clear photo of your car, and we'll use it to create your personalised embroidered design. For the best results, choose a well-lit photo where your car is clearly visible.
Yes! Whether it's your first car, a classic, a modified build, a sports car, or your dream car, we'd love to help turn it into something personal.
Absolutely! At Kelvana, we can turn more than just cars into custom embroidery. Whether it's a truck, motorcycle, van, or another vehicle you love, simply upload a clear photo and we'll help bring your idea to life on a hoodie. If it means something to you, we'd love to stitch it!
Don't worry! Send us your best photo, and we'll let you know if we need a clearer one. You'll receive a design proof before we start embroidering, so you can check it first.
We create your design from your photo, paying attention to your car's distinctive shape, colours, and details. You'll receive a proof to review and can request changes before we begin stitching.
Yes! You can personalise your hoodie with additional embroidery, such as a name, meaningful date, or short message, wherever the available customisation options allow.
Of course! During the proof stage, you can request changes to help get your design just right. We won't begin embroidery until you've approved your proof.
Because each hoodie is made especially for you, returns for change of mind may not be available. If your finished item doesn't match the approved proof or is faulty, we'll work with you to resolve the issue under our Happiness Guarantee and applicable consumer laws.
Each hoodie is made to order. Our estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks, including the proofing process and any requested edits. We ship worldwide, with any applicable import duties or taxes depending on your destination.
