3. Review & Revisions: Review your portrait and request changes if needed. Portrait revision service is available for $9.99.
   
4. Production (1–3 days): Once your design is approved, your order is locally produced in the U.S. or Australia.
   
5. Shipping: Shipping details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Design Preview (1–4 days): After placing your order, you'll receive your custom portrait preview within 1–4 business days.

Shipping (1–4 days): After production, your order is packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 1–4 days, with faster options available at checkout.

Can I have multiple pets on one product?

Yes! Here are the limits based on product type:

• Hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts: Up to 4 pets.
• Mugs and caps: Up to 2 pets.
• Christmas sweaters, ornaments, and kids' products: 1 pet.
• Prints: No limit — add as many pets as you'd like!

Because our artwork is custom-made, we don't provide previews before an order is placed.

After you place your order, you'll receive a design preview within 1–4 business days. If you would like to request changes to your portrait, our Portrait Revision Service is available for $9.99.

Your order will only move into production once your design has been approved.

Here are some tips for the best results:

• Ensure the photo has good lighting.
• Try to capture the photo at eye level with your pet.
• Use a clear, close-up photo that highlights your pet's unique features.
• Make sure the photo isn't blurry.
• Avoid cutting off important features, such as ears, from the frame.

Our team also reviews photos after orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll contact you by email.
